Pony Tools, Inc. has completed its first acquisition as part of its strategic growth initiative and is announcing the acquisition of Easy Wood Tools of Lexington, KY. “This represents the result of our search for the very best strategic partners” according to Mr. Joseph Krueger, Pony Tools CEO. ” Both companies are excited about this opportunity. By adding Easy Wood Tools to our Pony and Jorgensen product lines, we add tremendous value for all our customers, not only increasing the types of products offered, but expanding the depth of woodworking expertise under one roof.”
The acquisition is effective July 28th, 2015. Mr. Craig Jackson, who founded Easy Wood Tools in 2008, becomes the Vice President of Research and Development at Pony Tools, a new management position. He will report directly to Mr. Krueger. Mr. Krueger adds “Craig brings many years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing and innovation to Pony Tools, and we are very pleased to welcome Craig into the Pony Tools family.”
